Our Services

For Employers

American Employment Agency provides employers with qualified, dependable candidates who have been pre-screened for the skills, experience and education needed for their particular opening. We conduct extensive pre-qualifying interviews and send only candidates who meet the specific criteria for the job, which enables our employers to have the assurance that they are always selecting from a qualified group of applicants. We prescreen applicants for employment in a variety of areas, including administrative, accounting/bookkeeping, banking/finance, IT, general clerical, management, marketing, professional and sales.

In addition to providing qualified candidates, American Employment provides the exact type of employee needed. For companies searching for additional staff on a long-term basis, we provide full- and part-time permanent employees. We also provide temporary employees when additional staff in needed for a limited period of time. Our temporary-to-permanent option gives employers the opportunity to “try out” prospective employees before hiring them on a permanent basis.

To help ensure our clients’ safety and security, American Employment conducts criminal background checks on all prospective employees through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement before sending them to work. Our temporary employees also are bonded.
